The Company will provide Technical Support to the Customer via both chat and email on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm New Zealand Standard Time, with the exclusion of New Zealand Public Holidays ("Support Hours”). The customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours emailing email@example.com
or using our direct chat. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within one to three business days.
